Edition #8 Paws of a Bear

Plan your next Tuesday 1/28 at 5:00; Dave’s Basement Tracks will be featuring Sofia Talvik’s Paws of a Bear CD that recently was the 3rd place best CD in the Reader’s Choice Americana Highways.org survey.  She has played the Bluff View House concerts, so we’re going to make it ladies night from the Bluff View.  In an hour we’re going to share the beautiful women’s voices who have played the concert series since 2008.  Now we can’t hit them all, but there is a great collection starting with a Dylan cover from Caitlin Jemma, and includes Jillian Rae, Evie Ladin, Humbird, Barbara Jean, Pigtown Fling, Norah Rendell, Heather Waters, Lindsay Lou, Natalie Gelman, Kelley McRae, and Emily Earle.  Plus a track from Will Maring who the first house concert way back in 2008.  Sit back and enjoy the eclectic mix of styles and voices.  Listen on-line or through the free smart phone app available in Apple and Android stores.
