DBT #170 Monday Morning Song - Liv
I think it's time to start a new tradition in the blog. Monday Morning Song will be just that one song to get you going. It might something you have never heard before or maybe an ear worm that you will curse me for later. I will attempt to not repeat a song already in the blog, and will try to get you one that has both a Bandcamp link to buy or stream, and a YouTube video. I'll also do my best to activate the link by 6:00 CST for you early risers.
The first song in our new tradition speaks directly to my last post about my Wake's Playlist, "I just want to live!" or "Liv" by Billy King.
I really don't remember how this song got into my want list in Bandcamp, but yes I'm grateful that it did and I bought it just last Friday. Yes this song was also just released in January, and yes it kind of is a resolution song, but it's perfect for a Monday. Pick yourself up and remember even Monday's are precious, go out and live even if that means smiling a little more today at work.
